How the Certification Process Works
The certification exam is designed to test your full understanding of BlueConic, from administrative settings to feature configuration. The exam takes approximately 8 hours to complete, and you can access it as often as necessary within a one-week window.
- Sign Up: Enroll in the certification program via your BlueConic University landing page.
- Take the pre-course survey: Before you dive in, take 5 minutes to tell us more about what you’re hoping to gain from the Certification experience.
- Complete the Exam: Beginning November 11, you'll have one week to finish the exam, which includes both written questions and hands-on tasks in a BlueConic sandbox environment.
- Roundtable & Network: Gain exclusive access to a roundtable conversation where you’ll meet other BlueConic power users with whom you’ll have the opportunity to keep the conversation going as you use BlueConic day-to-day.
- Receive Your Certification: After the exam period closes, your work will be graded, and you’ll receive your score by the end of the month. Pass the exam to earn your official BlueConic certification!
